Let's do it the Ecuadorian way... with coffee and plantain on hand. For this photoshoot, we wanted to portray this classic ingredient as essential on everybody's table. Plantain is a classic ingredient on the Ecuadorian coast. We aimed to play with the versatility of this dish and make people remember that a good day starts with coffee and plantain.
